Healthndfitness.com primarily offers digital products, online programs, subscriptions, and consultation-based services. Due to the nature of these offerings, all purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted, content has been delivered, or a session has been booked or started.

Refunds will not be provided for digital products, downloadable content, online programs, subscriptions, or consultations once they are accessed, activated, or partially used. Missed sessions, inability to attend scheduled consultations, or dissatisfaction based on personal expectations do not qualify for a refund.

In exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or incorrect charges, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–10 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.

Subscription services, if applicable, can be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds will be issued for the current or past billing period once a subscription has been activated.

If physical products are offered in the future, returns may be accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photographic evidence. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns, if approved, may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Healthndfitness.com reserves the right to refuse refund or return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
