This includes, but is not limited to, digital products, online programs, subscriptions, consultations, bookings, and any service that provides immediate or scheduled access.

Cancellations requested by the customer after successful payment will not be eligible for a refund. This applies even if the service has not been used, accessed, attended, or completed. Missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, personal reasons, dissatisfaction, or change of mind do not qualify for a refund.

For subscription-based services, users may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle to prevent additional charges. However, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the current or any previous billing period once the subscription has been activated.

In rare cases of duplicate payment or payment processing errors caused solely by technical issues on our end, the extra amount charged may be adjusted or reversed after verification. Such adjustments, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay and do not constitute a standard refund.

Healthndfitness.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to operational, technical, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we may offer a rescheduled session, service credit, or alternative solution at our discretion. Cash refunds will not be provided.
