Thank you so much Banu for helping me lose 10 kgs through your fitness program. Before joining, I had numerous medical conditions, but now almost all of them have disappeared. I've experienced significant inches loss, and I feel more energetic and active throughout the day. My cravings for foods like idly, biryani, pastries, and sweets have vanished. I've also overcome allergies to certain medications and haven't needed painkillers for months. I'm now guiding my family to adopt a healthier lifestyle, encouraging them to do stretches and exercises regularly. Happy to share the update. I joined Parveen's fitness from dec 28 th and started Parveen's detox program on date When I joined my energy levels were pretty low. Cant finish most of the exercises to 15 or 20 count.I tried many things before but Nothing really made any difference in terms of even 1 kg. Even before and after my daughter my weight didn't change so I started to believe that it's stubborn weight won't be able to change. Sleep was poor I used to sleep maybe twice a week properly To my surprise, when I started detox I saw difference in weight and when I started detox diet for 5 days and low calorie diet which was catered by Parveen really worked out like magic for me. I'm now 71.9 kgs which is close to 8 kgs

Hi mam, firstly I got to know about health & fitness by social media. After delivery two kids I have put on weight which I am not able to reduce, I took up 21 days challenge of yours with lot of fear whether it will work out or not. In 21 days I have reduced 2 kgs. From that I have joined regular session of urs. I joined from September till now I have reduced 5 kgs. 75 to 70 kgs..I am consistently attending 5 days class with your constant support, motivation and pushing, I have started seeing lot of changes in me, I am seeing healthier version of me. My dress size has been changed from xl to I. All my family seeing changes in me got appreciated from them becoz of u mam. Hi Gm, Parveen. With utmost gratitude and happiness, I share with you one good news, my husband's Hba1c has come down from 9.2 to 8. This 9/9.2 has been for over a year now, till May 31 2025. The last two months, I've changed his diet, like you said just a couple of idlies/ dosa/ with a cup of Sundal, or salad, or sprouts followed by a cup of buttermilk with the sundaikai/methi powder you suggested. Also last couple of months dr changed his medicines too. Otherwise he walks regularly. Now also incorporated micro walking, 15 mins post ever meal. Tku soo000 much dear. Stay blessed!

My journey began on July 4th at 88.9 kg. At that time, I felt physically limited—climbing stairs left me breathless, and even bending down felt suffocating. By September, I had successfully reached 81.25 kg. While I was proud of that progress, the real breakthrough happened when the 100-Day Challenge began. This challenge was the turning point that turned effort into a lifestyle. It took me from 81.25 kg to a sustainable 72.85 kg. During these 100 days, I learned that eating correctly doesn't mean deprivation; it means a plate that is 'meaningful, colorful, and full.' Parveen showed me how to achieve results using only basic ingredients from my kitchen—no expensive supplements required. This focus on real food drastically improved my gut health and gave my skin a radiant glow. The variety kept me motivated every single day. We moved through Surya Namaskar, strength training, and planks, but also found joy in Zumba and meditation. Parveen’s guidance was remarkable; she corrected my postures through video, ensuring I built muscle while losing fat. I truly honor the 9 kg lost during this challenge because it was achieved with consistency and grace. These 100 days inculcated habits so deeply that my body is now in a permanent comfort zone. When I joined therapy my weight was 102 kg. Now it is 92 kg — this change happened only because of your guidance and support. I had many issues like knee pain, back pain, wrist problems, and even a hand fracture. Because of fear, I was very hesitant to do exercises.
